<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding machine which can sufficiently secure backing holding of paper during perforation regardless of an opening shape of an anvil. <P>SOLUTION: The binding device includes an anvil part drive means 6 holding a movable anvil part 92 at a perforation position to a switching position where penetration amount of a punching blade 7 and a cutting blade 8 with respect to paper reaches a specific value and moving the movable anvil part 92 to a separating position in a region where the penetration amount exceeds the specific value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
