<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge lamp lighting-up device which can be easily manufactured and has high reliability, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: In the discharge lamp lighting-up device 5 including a housing 9 made of a box-shaped housing body 11 internally having a first circuit 13 having a first connection connector 12 projected toward an opening 11f and a first electronic component group 18 and a discharge lamp bulb 6 mounted outside the housing body 11, and a housing cover 25 having a metal body 27 for heat radiation on a rear face of a board 28 wherein a second connection connector 30 projected at a position corresponding to the first connection connector 12 and a second electronic component group 29 with low heat resistance rather than the first electronic component group 18 are mounted on the opening 11f, the second connection connector 30 is mounted on the first connector 12 when the housing cover 25 is mounted on the housing body 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
