<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stapler which achieves the effect of transmitting the action based on the principle of a lever and pushing and binding a stapling object with labor saving. <P>SOLUTION: This stapler is configured to include: one push arm which includes two movable holes, two pivotal-contact holes and two pivotal poles; two driven pieces which include one driven shaft, two upper driven holes and two lower driven holes; one clincher arm which includes two clincher holes and two arm rear holes; and a clincher arm which includes two clincher arm rear holes, two pivotal-contact projecting poles and one magazine part. The driven pieces are interlocked with rotation of an axis of the push arm, whereby the driven pieces pull the driven shafts, and stretch the driven shafts into the movable holes, and the interlocking clincher arm axially rotates, consequently the clincher completes the work of binding the stapling object of the magazine part of the clincher arm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
