The crystallizable solder glass comprises sintered ceramic having sinter-start temperature of 1250[deg] C or more and containing (in wt.%) strontium oxide (40-58), barium oxide (less than 1), silica (25-60), alumina (less than 10), boron oxide (less than 0.5), cesium oxide (0-5), metallic (R) oxide (0-30), dimetallic (R) trioxide (0-40),metallic (R) dioxide (0-30) and lithium oxide, sodium oxide and potassium oxide (less than 1). A crystallizable solder glass has thermal expansion coefficient of 8x 10 ->6>/K or more at 20-300[deg] C and sinter-start temperature in amorphous state of 750[deg] C or more. The crystallizable solder glass comprises sintered ceramic having sinter-start temperature of 1250[deg] C or more and containing (in wt.%) strontium oxide (40-58), barium oxide (less than 1), silica (25-60), alumina (less than 10), boron oxide (less than 0.5), cesium oxide (0-5), metallic (R) oxide (0-30), dimetallic (R) trioxide (0-40), metallic (R) dioxide (0-30) and lithium oxide, sodium oxide and potassium oxide (less than 1). The metallic (R) oxide is alkaline-earth metal oxide chosen from magnesium oxide, calcium oxide, zinc oxide and beryllium oxide. The dimetallic (R) trioxide is gallium (III) oxide, indium trioxide, yttrium trioxide, lanthanum oxide and/or dysprosium oxide. The metallic (R) dioxide is titania, zinc-tin oxide and/or hafnium oxide.
