<p>Lautering during beer production, comprises separating wort from husk by draining and washing by warm sparging water with use of energy, where the used energy of the husk is at least partially removed by active cooling of the husk. An independent claim is also included for a device for performing the above method comprising a lautering device (2) and a sparging water-supply (3), which a control device (9) is provided for adjusting the temperature of the initiated sparging water for washing in the lautering device at 10-80[deg] C.</p> |
