The device (100) has a vacuum hood (110) made from elastic plastic material and comprising a one-piece sealing wedge (130) in a peripheral region of the device. The one-piece sealing wedge engages into one sealing groove formed in a peripheral region of a fixed shaped body in a gas-tight manner during injection of a layer made from a curable composite substrate. The plastic material of the vacuum hood is formed by latex material, elastomer and silicone rubber. A fiber structure is formed by a fiber web.
