PURPOSE: A method for preparing a liquid phase mixture of sulfur and effective microorganism group is provided to help intracellular absorption of nutrient and to improve product quality. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a liquid phase mixture of sulfur and effective microorganism group for crop growth comprises: a step of mounting a heating device at inner and outer parts of a storage unit for storing liquid phase mixture liquid containing EM(effective microorganism) and sulfur in a volume ratio of 1 : 1-99 : 1; a step of placing at 25-60°C for 24 hours; and a step of stirring the liquid phase mixture liquid.
