PURPOSE: A light emitting device package, a backlight unit including the same, and a lighting device are provided to increase light distribution to a horizontal direction and improve light efficiency by including a light transmitting layer forming an optical path to the horizontal direction between a reflecting layer and a light emitting device. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting device(130) is formed on a body(110). A reflecting layer(150) is formed on the light emitting device. A light transmitting layer(140), forming an optical path to the horizontal direction between a reflecting layer and a light emitting device, is formed. The light transmitting layer includes a fluorescent substance(145) emitting light of a second wavelength area. A reflector(120) is included on a bottom surface of the light transmitting layer. The reflecting layer includes an open area and a reflective area. |
