PURPOSE: A Lactobacillus containing multiple coating layer and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to ensure acid resistance and bile acid resistance. CONSTITUTION: A Lactobacillus with multiple coating layer contains proteins, polysaccharides, and cooking oil ingredients. The multiple coating layer is formed by treating a protein solution by protease, fermenting Lactobacillus, and adding polysaccharides and cooling oil ingredient. The multiple coating layer further contains nanoparticle ingredients.
