<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly stable flip-flop circuit and shift register circuit using no inversion clock signal so as to overcome unstable operation caused by that a current that obstructs charging flows, rewriting takes time, and charging is not completed when performing rewriting during the delay period of a signal in the flip-flop circuit and shift register circuit using no inversion clock signal. <P>SOLUTION: Rewriting is rapidly performed by blocking a current that obstructs charging at a node where the current flows at the time of rewriting by a transistor.
