<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure sufficient flexibility and sufficient measurement accuracy while forming a coil by an adhesion winding. <P>SOLUTION: A rogowski coil includes a rod-like flexible winding core 11, a winding wire 12 formed by winding an insulated wire 21 on the surface of the winding core 11 by one layer from one end to the other end of the winding core 11, and a wound-back wire 13 whose one end is connected to one end of the winding wire 12 at the one end side of the winding core 11, and which is wound-back along the winding core 11 to the other end side of the winding core 11. The insulated wire 21 is composed of a conductor 22, and an insulative coating 23 made of an elastically deformable insulative material and covers the conductor 22. The winding wire 12 is formed by winding the insulated wire 21 in a form in which each turn of the insulated wire 21 closely contact with adjacent turns and is aligned. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
