<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate permeability of a whole furnace of a blast furnace, to anticipate furnace condition bad condition by permeability aggravation beforehand, and to stably maintain a low RAR (reducing agent ratio) operation of a blast furnace in a blast furnace operation of a low RAR. <P>SOLUTION: The method for operating blast furnace is characterized as follows. By a multiple regression formula obtained from system operation items, based on at least one factor of the amount of tapping, a Bosch gas amount, a dust content, O/C (abundance ratio of ore raw material and coke), CR (coke ratio), PCR (pulverized coal ratio), and charged raw material properties, a ventilation resistance from a tuyere to a furnace top part is presumed, and a blast furnace operation is performed so that the presumed ventilation resistance may not exceed a value defined beforehand. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
