<p>A method and apparatus for evaluating a video data source are suitable for evaluating video data sources in the field of road traffic information. The method includes: acquiring all the road condition values of a test road segment during a test time period as a standard test sample (101); extracting from a video data source the road condition value of the test road segment under each time stamp within the test time period (102); matching the road condition value of the test road segment under each time stamp in the video data source with the road condition value under the same time stamp in the standard test sample, and acquiring the number of road conditions of the same values under the same time stamp (103); and acquiring a road condition accuracy rate of the video data source according to the number of road conditions of the same values under the same time stamp and the total number of time stamps of the video data source during the test time period (104).</p> |
