The control apparatus (10), which is for controlling charging/discharging between a power storage unit (20) and a power grid (5), or discharging from the power storage unit (20) to a load (6), allots, on the basis of the amount of economical profit to be raised by this control and/or the state of rechargeable batteries (21, 22, 23) contained in the power storage unit (20), the rechargeable batteries (21, 22, 23) to a power-grid power-storage section that is for controlling discharging to the power grid (5), and to a load power-storage section that is for controlling discharging to the load (6), to control discharging from the power-grid power-storage section to the power grid (5), and discharging from the load power-storage section to the load (6).</p> |
