摘要 PURPOSE: An ultrasonic system for measuring both a flow rate and concentration is provided to make a quantitative management of a sludge which is a product of a water treatment process possible and to maximize the efficiency of the water treatment process through a post process control and an optimal load decision according to a total amount of a floating solid body. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic system for measuring both a flow rate and concentration comprises a ultrasonic transmitting sensor(130), a density measuring ultrasonic sensor(120), a flow rate measuring ultrasonic sensor(112), and an integral signal processing unit(200). The ultrasonic transmitting sensor is attached on an outer wall of a pipe(50) where a measuring object flows. The ultrasonic transmitting sensor transmits the ultrasonic waves through the wall surface. The density measuring ultrasonic sensor receives the ultrasonic wave generated in the ultrasonic transmitting sensor by passing through the measuring object and pipe. The flow rate measuring ultrasonic sensor receives the ultrasonic wave generated in the ultrasonic transmitting sensor with a predetermined time interval. The integral signal processing unit measures a concentration/total amount of floating floats according to the strength of the ultrasonic wave received from the density measuring ultrasonic sensor and flow rate measuring ultrasonic sensor and the flow rate by using a transmission time interval inside a medium.
