FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to surgery of biliary tract. Revision of choledoch, duodenal papilla and its ampulla, during which presence and degree of constriction are determined, are carried out. Through instrumental channel of choledochoscope laser light guide, connected with source of laser radiation, is introduced. Butt end of laser light guide is brought to duodenal papilla. Laser papillotomy is carried out by means of YAG:Ho laser with wavelength 2.09 mcm in pulse mode with frequency 10-15 Hz and energy 0.5-5.0 J. Process of papillotomy takes place under visual control in real time mode. When impact is over, laser light guide is removed from choledochoscope and further manipulations are performed. ^ EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce risk of hemorrhage development, trauma, risk of development of complications, risk of scar stenosis development in area of papillotomy. ^ 1 ex |
