摘要 PURPOSE: A conductive zinc oxide nano-particle is provided to maintain high transparency towards visible light and improve shielding performance of the infrared ray and ultraviolet ray. CONSTITUTION: A conductive zinc oxide nano-particle has doped group 13 elements. The conductive zinc oxide nano-particle shows more than 65% of a visible light transmission rate, more than 80% of ultraviolet shielding rate, and more than 90% of infrared blocking rate. A visible light transmission rate of the zinc oxide nano particle is 70% or greater. An infrared blocking rate of the zinc oxide nano particle is 85% or greater. The zinc oxide nano particle has size of 5-350nm. The zinc oxide nano particle is clustered. The group 13 element is one kind or greater which is selected from Al, Ga, and In. The dosage of the Al is 0.3-10mol%.
