DATA REPRODUCTION DEVICE, DIGITAL SERVICE SOURCE DEVICE, AND METHOD OF SYNCHRONIZING TWO PARTS OF DIGITAL SERVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of synchronizing two parts of digital service, in a system including a digital service source device and at least one data reproduction device.

SOLUTION: A data reproduction device has: reception means receiving data forming at least a part of digital service arrived from a digital service source device; processing means processing at least a part of the received data; and reproduction means reproducing an output of at least a part of the digital service. Here, a time required for processing and reproducing the data generates a delay in the output of the reproduction data. The data reproduction device has communication means notifying the source device of the generated delay amount. The source device applies the delay amount on one digital service according to the delay amount, and transmits the digital service.
