<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion with a built-in duct for vehicle seats capable of making the unnatural feeling felt by an occupant less than before, and a manufacturing method of the same. <P>SOLUTION: A slab 26 provided at a cushion 14 with a built-in duct becomes a member having a higher elasticity than a vent duct 20 as the resin of a seat pad 16 becomes denser with its rigidity higher than that of general parts when foamed resin (urethane) comprising the seat pad 16 is impregnated and hardened. Then, the slab 26 in which the foamed resin is impregnated is wound around each exhaust cylinder 24, so that when the seat pad 16 is greatly deformed, contact pressure is reduced as the load of the occupant is received not only by the end of the exhaust cylinder 24 but also by the slab 26 in which the foamed resin is impregnated. Also, due to the elasticity which the slab 26 in which the foamed resin is impregnated has, the edge of the exhaust cylinder does not give any unnatural feeling of contact as before to the occupant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
