<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce reproduction redundancy or the like in slide show reproduction. <P>SOLUTION: After input images 201-203 are photographed, an input image 204 is generated by processing the input image 201. Then, when an input image 205 is photographed, the input images 201-205 are stored in image files 221-225 respectively to be recorded in a recording medium. At this time, link information which indicates the input image 204 is the processed image of the input image 201 is recorded in a header area of the image file 221 or 224.
