<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image reading device that obtains proofreading information for adjusting an image using a part of read image information. <P>SOLUTION: An image reading device 100 includes: a light source 110 that irradiates a sheet with light, on which an image is formed; a CCD sensor 140 that receives light reflected by the sheet, and generates image information from the received light; and a processing part 150 that extracts image information corresponding to a predetermined window area of the sheet as proofreading information, from the plural pieces of information generated by the CCD sensor 140 when the sheet on which an image is formed is irradiated with light from the light source 110. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
