PNEUMATIC TRANSPORTATION DEVICE FOR POWDER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a decrease in bulk density and reduce an increase in volume at a transportation destination without blocking a transport pipe, a filter, etc. of a pneumatic transportation device for powder.

SOLUTION: The pneumatic transportation device includes: a nozzle for sucking powder in a container; a nozzle feeding means for transferring the nozzle to or from the powder from above; a suction and takeout means for sucking the powder in the container connected to the nozzle, separating it through a filter and taking out the separated powder; a pressure sensor for detecting a negative pressure downstream of the filter of the suction and takeout means; and a control means for controlling the feeding of the nozzle so that the negative pressure detected by the pressure sensor may not become a predetermined first negative pressure that shows a blocking state upstream of the filter.
