<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide jig structure for machining capable of shortening a washing time while removing surely chips. <P>SOLUTION: A main jig 11 is mounted on a machine bed 35, a sub-jig 13 is mounted on the main jig 11, and the sub-jig 13 is removably fixed on to the main jig 11 by a plurality of hydraulic cramps 18, and a workpiece W1 is mounted on the sub-jig 13, in a jig 10 for machining used when machining the workpiece W1. The hydraulic cramp 18 includes a tapered part 41 increasing its diameter downwards, in a position separated upwards by a prescribed distance from an upper face 12 of the main jig, and the sub-jig 13 is supported by the tapered part 41, to provide a clearance 71 for passing a washing liquid injected when machined, between the upper face 12 of the main jig and an under face 63 of the sub-jig. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
