<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a defogging film which maintains a defogging function and shows high flexibility, as well as a defogging glass using the same. <P>SOLUTION: This defogging film includes a microvoid layer formed on a transparent resin film and containing an inorganic oxide particle, a polymer with reactive functional group, and a crosslinking agent which reacts with the reactive functional group.
