PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material including a particle of a conductive material or a semiconductor material in which a three-dimensional form is controlled.

SOLUTION: The material includes particles having a wire-like network structure comprising a material including one or more kinds selected from conductors and semiconductors. The three-dimensional outer form of the particle is regulated by the network structure.
