FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Disposable cassette for staples for surgical cutting and fixing apparatus contains cassette case and disposable stop. Case is installed in such a way that disposable stop can travel between closed position, in which lower surface of stop adjoins upper surface of cassette case, and open position, in which lower surface of disposable stop is at a distance from upper surface of cassette case to create possibility of introduction of tissue between them. Disposable stop contains upper plank of stop and lower plank of stop with laths of rigidity for placement of upper plank of stop between laths of rigidity. At least, one tissue fixer on disposable stop for contact with tissue, introduced between lower surface of disposable stop and upper surface of said cassette case, to orient tissue relative to staples installed in said cassette case. ^ EFFECT: preservation of indices of staple shape quality, grip characteristics and ability of multiple installation of staples in thick tissue, with reduction of value of staple installation effort and knife actuation. ^ 18 cl, 28 dwg |
