FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Surgical cutting and fixing apparatus contains end effector with movable cutting instrument for cutting an object positioned in end effector. Handle is connected with unit of main leading roller. Handle contains chain of drive gears, connected with unit of main leading roller, main electric engine for bringing into action chain of drive gears and such a lever of sewing that bringing sewing lever backward results in turning on electric engine. Angular position of sewing lever is connected with position of cutting instrument in end effector. ^ EFFECT: surgical cutting and fixing apparatus with drive from engine provides user with feedback on position, effort and/or actuation of end effector, including, if desired, halt of actuation. ^ 20 cl, 42 dwg |
