PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axial flow fan, its forming method and its forming die capable of consistently forming an outer circumferential end of a front edge of a blade, improving the fan performance, and reducing the fan noise. SOLUTION: In a resin-made axial flow fan 10 in which a plurality of airfoil blades 12 are integrally formed around a disk 11, the thickness of each airfoil blade 12 at its front edge 14 is 1.5-1.8 times the thickness of a trailing edge 15.
