PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film-like resin laminating apparatus which is superior in the film thickness uniformity and surface smoothness of a film-like resin layer after lamination, because the accuracy of the apparatus is kept high on ground that the apparatus is hardly affected by thermal expansion even if the lamination is performed at a high temperature. SOLUTION: The film-like resin laminating apparatus comprises: a vacuum laminating device 2 in press means 10, 10 facing each other is installed, and which forms a laminate 9 by superposing a film-like resin material 8b on a uneven face of a base material 8a having unevenness on at least either of both front and back sides by the press means 10; and a plane press device 3 which smoothens the surface of the laminate 9 by heating and pressurizing the laminate 9 formed by the vacuum laminating device 2. The film-like resin laminating apparatus is equipped with cooling means 51 and 52 for cooling base frames 41 and 46 supporting flexible metal plates 45 and 50 of the plane press device 3.
