MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF CANISTER TYPE FOR THRUSTER IN DRILLSHIP

PURPOSE: A canister-type thruster installation structure for a drilling ship is provided to maintain a dry thruster room and to prevent inflow of seawater by supplying compressive air to the thruster room to maintain a watertight structure while installing a thruster under water. CONSTITUTION: A canister-type thruster installation structure for a drilling ship comprises a canister(200), an air compressor, and a nozzle(700). The canister is installed inside a trunk and a propeller part is mounted on the lower part of the canister. The air compressor supplies compressive air to a thruster room in the lower part of the canister. The nozzle sprays the compressive air to the thruster room.
