MEASURE QUALITY MANAGEMENT METHOD

PURPOSE: A dimension quality management method is provided to manage dimension quality by calculating quality costs for dimension quality faults of assembly blocks in each process. CONSTITUTION: First quality costs are calculated by using standard establishment costs and real measurement costs in each assembly block(S102). Second quality costs are calculated by using establishment prediction values and measurement values in the establishment process of each assembly block(S104). Third quality costs are calculated by using target design values and design measurement values in the welding process of each assembly block(S106). Dimension quality is determined and evaluated by using the calculated influence(S112).
