<p>PURPOSE: A device for assembling a turbo pump in a liquid rocket engine is provided to assembly exact position by move and rotate three axes direction steadily. CONSTITUTION: A device for assembling a turbo pump in a liquid rocket engine comprises: a position adjusting frame(100), and a inclination adjusting frame(200). The position adjusting frame moves three axes direction and the inclination adjusting frame rotates three axes direction. The position adjusting frame comprises a lower and upper frames(110,120) and the lower frame comprises vertically moving gear and an upper plate and lower plate. A relative height of the upper plate and lower plate is control with a rotation of vertically moving gear. The upper frame has horizontally and longitudinally moving gears which transfer rotation power to horizontally and longitudinally moving plates slid along horizontal and longitudinal rails respectively.</p> |
