PURPOSE: A fusing device and an image forming apparatus are provided to reduce curl on recording medium in a fusing process of developer. CONSTITUTION: A pressure roller(104) pressurizes recording medium on a fixing belt. A nip forming member(190) forms a fixing nip with the pressure roller. A heat source heats the fixing belt and the nip forming member. The nip forming member includes a first surface, a second surface, and a ridge unit. The ridge unit is formed on the first surface and the second surface.
