PURPOSE: A metering valve for feeding a fixed quantity of liquid solder for a soldering device is provided to prevent the solidification of liquid solder because a heater wire or heater plate is installed on the inner or outer side of a storage chamber of a valve body and a discharge pipe of a soldering nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A metering valve for feeding a fixed quantity of liquid solder for a soldering device comprises a valve body(1a), a valve fixing plate(2), an opening and closing head(3), and a head actuator(4). The valve body comprises a liquid solder injection hole(11), a liquid solder discharge hole(12), and a storage chamber(13). The liquid solder injection hole and the liquid solder discharge hole are connected to the storage chamber. The lower part of the liquid solder discharge hole is obliquely expanded to form an opening and closing side(12'). A heater wire or heater plate(13') is installed on the interior surface of the storage chamber. A multi-stage head actuator mounting hole(21) is formed along the center line of the valve fixing plate. The opening and closing head is pressed against the opening and closing side of the liquid solder discharge hole. The head actuator passes through the mounting hole of the valve fixing plate and a threaded rod(41) of the head actuator is coupled to the bottom of the opening and closing head of the storage chamber.
