<p>PURPOSE: A touch panel, a display device, and a touch panel manufacturing method are provided to have an uneven surface, thereby suppressing external light reflection. CONSTITUTION: First sub touch pads(221) are arranged in a first direction. A first connection unit(223) connects adjacent first sub touch pads. Second sub touch pads(222) are arranged in a second direction which crosses the first direction. A second connection unit(224) corresponds to the first connection unit. The second connection unit connects adjacent second sub touch pads. An insulating layer(225) is located between the first and second connection units. At least one of the first and second sub touch pads and the first and second connection units has an uneven surface.</p> |
