PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a plastic heat exchanger and the plastic heat exchanger are provided to improve the air-tightness and pressure resistance of a refrigerant by joining the fused of a fusing bead of a header and a heat exchanger pipe in a wide area. CONSTITUTION: A header for manufacturing a plastic heat exchanger formed by fusing-pressurizing a header(10) and a plastic heat exchanger pipe(20) includes a fusing bead(11), an inner fuse inlet groove unit(12), and an outer fuse inlet groove unit(13). The fusing bead is fused with the end of the plastic heat exchanger pipe. The inner fuse inlet groove unit is formed between the heat exchanger pipe and the fused of the fusing bead. The outer fuse inlet groove unit is formed along the outer circumference of the fusing bead.
