PURPOSE: A spraying device, having a function of discharging remainder gas, and a spraying container having the same are provided to prevent the operation of a residue exhausting part regardless of the intension of a user. CONSTITUTION: A spraying device, having a function of discharging remainder gas, comprises a jet cap(132), an injection pipe and a residue exhausting part. The jet cap is combined on the top end of a housing. An opening hole is formed on the top end of the housing toward outside. The injection pipe comprises a horizontal part and a vertical part. The jet cap is built in the injection pipe. The horizontal part is arranged towards the opening hole in order to inject content. If the horizontal part revolves in a fixed direction, the vertical part moves toward the housing and guides the contents from the housing. The residue exhausting part discharges the content from the housing to outside. The exhausting part comprises a protrusion unit and a jet fixing unit.
