PURPOSE: A multi-purpose receiving device of a vehicle is provided to ensure a simple operation of a net part because the net part is released and automatically inserted in a housing when a fixing part is pulled. CONSTITUTION: A multi-purpose receiving device of a vehicle comprises a housing(100), a rotary shaft(200), a driving part(300), a net part(400), and a fixing part. The housing is formed on the underside of a rear seat. The rotary shaft is pivotally coupled to both inner sidewalls of the housing. The driving part is installed on one side wall of the housing and provides a returning force which acts in the reverse direction to the torque of the rotary shaft. One side of the net part is fixed to the exterior of the rotary shaft so that the net part is wound around the rotary shaft. The fixing part is coupled to the other side of the net part.
