PURPOSE: An exchangeable frictional stirring welding tool is provided to enhance hardness and abrasion-resistance and to ensure mechanical strength since a body and a pin part are formed from cemented carbides of WC-Co group. CONSTITUTION: An exchangeable frictional stirring welding tool consists of a body(10) and a pin part(20). A screw hole(11) is formed on the bottom center of the body. The pin part is formed separately from the body. A screw thread(21) is formed on the leading end of the pin part. The screw thread is connected to the screw hole of the body. The pin part is concentrically connected to the body. The pin part is formed from cemented carbides of WC-Co group.
