PURPOSE: A backpack equipped with a folding chair is provided to conveniently receive articles and to enhance the space utilization of the backpack. CONSTITUTION: A backpack equipped with a folding chair comprises: a folding holder which is formed in one side of the upper part of a backpack body; a top receiving unit(10) in which a water pail bag is formed; a lower receiving unit(20) which is formed in an internal space in order to receive a cold container; a folding chair(61) which is folded so that a first seat frame can be folded inside a second seat frame; and a shoulder strip(40).
