PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of squalane is provided to obtain squalane with high yield and high purity, to have cost reducing effect, and to prevent the contamination of products by extraction-producing final products continuously. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of squalaen comprises: a step of separating initial distilled fraction by distilling squalene raw material; a step of obtaining a first medium liquid by rising temperature to 230-250 °C; a step of separating lower fraction comprising fatty acid liquid through saponification by mixing water and potassium hydroxide to the first medium liquid, and obtaining second medium liquid by removing water and residue by rising the temperature of an upper fraction; a step of obtaining third medium liquid by distilling the second medium liquid; a step of obtaining fourth medium liquid through hydrogenation changing squalene to squalane by adding hydrogen under the presence of catalyst; and a step of obtaining squalane by distilling the fourth medium liquid.
