<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor monitoring device which can dispense with the wiring construction of a power source to a monitoring place and can stably supply the power of a required level even when days without sunshine continue for a week or longer. <P>SOLUTION: A solar battery 202, an imaging camera 203 and an illumination lamp 204 are installed in a support 201 installed on the ground, and the power generated in the solar battery 202 and a first storage battery 205 for storing the generated power of the solar battery 202 are utilized to supply driving power to the imaging camera 203, radio communication equipment 206 and the illumination lamp 204. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
