PURPOSE: A TiO2 paste for a photo electrode of a dye-sensitized solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture high quality TiO2 paste with low cost using commercialized low cost TiO2 powder. CONSTITUTION: A TiO2 nano particle manufacturing method is comprised of the following processes. Distilled water and acetyl acetone are mixed with TiO2 powder. A mixture is mixed for 10 to 30 hour. The mixture is mixed and dried at a temperature in a range of 50 to 70 degrees Celsius. The dried mixture is pulverized.
