PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing head inspecting device which can carry out nozzle inspection of whether or not a printing recording liquid is normally delivered, by a stable precision. SOLUTION: The printing head inspecting device carries out nozzle inspection of whether or not ink is normally delivered on the basis of a voltage generated in an ink receiving region by delivering electrically charged ink droplets. The voltage is applied between a printing head and the ink receiving region when the nozzle inspection is started (S200). When an actually measured voltage Vsu between the printing head and the ink receiving region becomes lower than a normal voltage range caused by a current leakage or the like (S210 and S340), an inspection number of times and an ink delivering number of times are set as an execution condition to enhance an inspection precision of the nozzle inspection (S220 and S350). The ink of the set delivering number of times is sequentially delivered from each nozzle to the ink receiving region while the set inspection number of times is made an upper limit. The nozzle inspection as to whether or not the ink can be delivered from each nozzle is carried out on the basis of an output voltage in the detected ink receiving region.
