PURPOSE: A display device and an organic light emitting display device are provided to supply uniform electric signals to a common electrode and a common power line, thereby simplifying a manufacturing process and the entire structure of the organic light emitting display device. CONSTITUTION: A sealing substrate(20) is fixed on a substrate using an adhesive layer which surrounds a display part. The sealing substrate comprises a composite member(23) and an insulating member(24). The composite member comprises a resin matrix and a plurality of carbon fibers. The insulating member is combined with the edge of the composite member and forms a penetration hole. A metal film is arranged on one side of the sealing substrate toward the substrate. A conductive connection part is connected to the metal film while filling the penetration hole. The composite member and the insulating member have a protrusion-groove combining structure which is symmetrical in a thickness direction of the sealing substrate.
