INSERT NUT HAVING A DIAMOND STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A diamond lattice structure type insert nut structure is provided to enhance a pull-out force of an insert nut by a form rolling of a diamond lattice arranged to be interchangeable. CONSTITUTION: A diamond lattice structure type insert nut structure comprises a flange and nut body(205). The nut body comprises a right slash groove(343) and left slash groove(345) formed with a constant interval by rolling. A lattice of a diamond form(333) is formed in the nut body. The right and left slash grooves are formed with an interval of 1.0mm to 1.5mm. The thickness of each groove keeps 0.4mm to 0.5mm. Two or more annular projections are formed in the lower parts of the right and left slash grooves by rolling. An annular projection(341) in the endmost has an end part of a curvature shape.
