PURPOSE: Filler is provided to increase adhesion with a substrate, to have high peeing force to a glass substrate using in a solar cell module, and to maintain activity of additives like a UV stabilizer, etc. CONSTITUTION: Filler comprises an olefin resin and a hydrolysis catalyst, and gel fraction measured by ASTM D 2765 after keeping in warm water of 90 °C for 18 hours is 5-60%. The olefin resin comprises a hydrolyzable group, or a reactive group which is hydrolyzed material of the hydrolyzable group. The hydrolyzable group is halogen, an alkoxy group, an aryloxy group, an acyloxy group, an alkylthio group, or an alkylene oxythio group. The amount of the hydrolysis catalyst comprised is 0.005-5 parts by weight, on the basis of 100.0 parts by weight of the olefin resin.
