PURPOSE: A cycle device for waist exercise is provided to enable a user to do waist exercise and lower body exercise through pedalling. CONSTITUTION: A cycle device for waist exercise comprises a frame(2), a saddle(3), a handle(4), wheels(5), and a pedal(6). The saddle supports the buttocks of a user. The handle is gripped by the hands. The wheels rotate with resistivity. The saddle is installed in order to reciprocate to the right and left within a predetermined range and is equipped with a reciprocating unit(100) which reciprocates the saddle to the right and left.
