<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate for an oxide semiconductor electrode in which a porous layer or the like can be prevented from being degenerated and peeled-off due to acid by suppressing corrosion of a heat-resistant substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The laminate for the oxide semiconductor electrode has the heat-resistant substrate having acid resistance, has the porous layer which is formed on the heat resistant substrate and which contains metal oxide semiconductor particulates, and has a first electrode layer which is formed on the porous layer and which is composed of a metal oxide.
