<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for tracking an incoming wave and a program for tracking the incoming wave automatically tracking the incoming wave from vast measurement data using the measured receiving position and the incoming direction of a radio wave. <P>SOLUTION: The method for tracking the incoming wave includes: a step of extracting a ray satisfying a first condition in which the difference value ¾α-β¾ between the incoming direction data α at a first receiving position and the incoming direction data β at a second receiving position juxtaposing the first receiving position is not more than a predetermined threshold value; a step of obtaining the incoming direction slope G<SB>¾α-β¾</SB>from the incoming direction α and the incoming direction β for the ray whose difference value ¾α-β¾ is not more than the predetermined threshold value; a step of obtaining the incoming direction slope G<SB>¾β-γ¾</SB>from the incoming direction γ at a third receiving position juxtaposing the second receiving position and the incoming direction data β as to the ray; and a step of extracting a ray satisfying the second condition in which the difference value ¾G<SB>¾α-β¾</SB>-G<SB>¾β-γ¾</SB>¾ between the slope G<SB>¾α-β¾</SB>and the slope G<SB>¾β-γ¾</SB>to obtain the ray as the incoming wave. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
